Trained Specialists Our Lawn specialists are trained professionals. Every Think Green specialist must spend hours in the classroom and on the lawn learning everything from weed, insect and disease identification to a thorough knowledge of grass varieties and their different requirements.

	Jonas M. Jonas is 33 years of age. Jonas is the founder and owner of Think Green since October, 1995. Jonas has built his company from the ground up. Jonas has grown his company one customer at a time with a simple foundation that is still in place today. Jonas believes his success with Think Green is the result of outstanding customer service. He lives by the 3 simple rules of doing good business. 1.) Take care of the customer. 2.) Take care of the customer. 3.) Take care of the customer! Jonas enjoys many things including being with his family and friends, The Indiana Pacers, boating and snowboarding.
	Mandi M. Jansen Administrative Assistant to the President /Office Manger Over 12 years experience in Customer Service 4+ years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables Excellent Customer Service Skills Experienced in the following: Word Excel CLIP QuickBooks Mandi is single with no children and is 30 years of age. Mandi has been employed at Think Green since February of 2002. Mandi is the cornerstone to our success. She is usually the first and last person to make contact with our clients. She is not only your “Go To” person regarding your account but she is also Think Green’s Point person for many projects.
	Michael Thomas Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Manager Over 13 years in Lawn and Tree Care Industry 1 year as Faculty Manager Certifications Include: 3A: Ornamental Tree and Shrub Care 3B: Turf Care 7A: Pest Control Michael is married with 2 children and 35 years of age. Mike has been employed with Think Green since March 2000. Mike’s attention to detail and understanding of turf and its needs are what makes him an asset to our team. Mike is also a big race fan Formula One, Sprints, NASCAR.
	Gregory Pulley Lawn Care Supervisor Over 6 years in Lawn and Tree Care Industry 4 years in Management Certifications Include: 3A: Ornamental Tree and Shrub Care 3B: Turf Care 7A: Pest Control Gregg is married with one son and is 25 years of age. Gregg has been employed with Think Green Since May 2005. He has a strong passion for the lawn and landscape industry. Gregg attended Taylor University where he played football. Gregg is also an avid bowler.
	Dave Larson Tree and Shrubs Specialist Over 24 years in Lawn and Tree Care Industry ISA Certified Arborist Certifications Include: 3A: Ornamental Tree and Shrub Care 3B: Turf Care 7A: Pest Control 6: Right Of Way David is single with 2 children and is 48 years of age. Dave has been employed with Think Green since October 2005. Dave’s knowledge and expertise in the Tree & Shrub Industry is superb. He has more credentials than most professional holding his position. It is a great value to our clients and to our employees to have Dave on staff at Think Green. His experience and genuine desire for more knowledge is contagious. Dave enjoys adding to his ever growing bug collection.
